Job profile  -

To make part modelling and machine assembly in solidworks and make drawings for the same . 

To maintain document related to dawings in erp ie.Drawing Change Note also in hard copy format . 

To make IGS and CAD files on vendor request .

To assist the vendor in case if they required help from us. . 

To make design calculations . 

To work on continuous improvement in existing machine design . 

To work on development of new subunits of the machine 

To select Material , Gearbox , Bearing , Sprocket , Gear , Pneumatic Cylinder , Solenoid valves and other components required for machine building. 

Work on Flat Drip Machine , Round Drip Machine , Rain Pipe Machine , HDPE Machine, Ball Pen and 

Tube Extrusion Machine 

As the JOB ORDER released for particular machine by sales dept make layout of machine for same and 

send to sales department. 

After confirmation of layout from sales dept make BOM for machine as per scope of supply given in 

J.O. using erp software 

To check the BOM and released it for manufacturing. 

To release Heating Load for J.O. 

To make changes in BOM if customer requirement is changed by amendment in J.O
