Job profile  -

Design and Development of complete product and components.  Designing and modelling plastic product according to various moulding process (EBM, ISBM, Etc.).  Design product using Solidworks (3D modelling and 2D design and drafting).  Have responsibility in Development process starting from Stage -1 (Concept), preparing product prototype.  Experience in 3D printing (Flash forge Guider II and Flash forge Creator 3 3D printers).

3D Rapid Prototyping for early visualization of actual product before production.

Co-ordinating and interacting with mould makers for mould design and mould completion.  Visit to mould makers for the product trials after mould completion of mould.

Performed dimensions and quality test on new products after mould completion.

Managing technical documentslike product specification and COA papers and.  Prepare artwork and labels for product as per requirements.
