Understand & studying customer drawing/model prepared feasibility with CFT team.

Preparing plans for manufacturing of sample & follow-up with vendors for timely end the outsource activities.

Coordination with production/quality dept. For sample trail and pilot batch & maintaining records of changes.

Design, develop & test processes for producing prototypes and long-term production products.

Define quality control criteria and safety guidelines & conduct inspection report of development product.

Making PPAP, APQP, SPC, Capacity run & rate, test plan, per-launch & production quality plan for inspection.

Uploading PPAP or any other requirement of customer on SAP/Ariba portal of customer.
