Responsible for daily Improvement Practices like 5S, Kaizen and POKA-YOKA in shop floor to improve productivity

Responsible for daily basics Man Power Planning, Rejection control.

Identification of wastage and waste elimination (3M & 4M) work distribution and line balancing by time study inorder to reduce the downtimes as well as to maximize the

productivity,  Inventory control of raw material Packaging, chemical etc.  Performing and supervising timely inventory audit in Responsible.  

Ensuring that all stocks comply with the quality standards of the organization.  

Daily rejection analysis and applying the counter measures to the problem.  WIP and inventory stock

Manpower Handling per shift and time to time training for manpower.  

Mould loding and unloding, as an checking the parameter of Moulding Machine

New Mould Trial of Given Parameter,  Daily, weekly and monthly reports which include production reports, scrap rejection and any productivity,
