Managing complete production Control operations of the Extrusion bottles Manufacturing, and Online/ Offline 

Inspection with regard to packaging. 

Executing continuous improvement measures for increasing reliability of the production line. 

Ensuring attainment of production & quality targets by making optimum utilisation of manpower. 

Effectuating methods to meet work schedules. Maintaining cross-functional coordination for ascertaining viability of production schedules and requesting additional production days for meeting targets. 

Working out solutions to day to day problems. 

Collating manufacturing reports for apprising the Management about quality results, consumption of raw/ 

packaging materials, inventory record accuracy, problems encountered and suggestions put forth to improve the operations.
