Effective utilization of Duty Exemption schemes- DEEC, DEPB, EPCG & DFRC.

Custom Clearance in consideration with the Duty Exemption schemes.

Expediting the Custom Clearance process in co-ordination with CHA.

Transport Contracting for the movement of Containers.

EOU Custom clearance under nil rate of Duty- Procurement Certificate.

Timely submission of Re-warehousing Certificates.

Importing of Capital Goods, Projects & spares.

Monitoring of domestic sources for the provision of alternate source of procurement from the view of Ordering, Pricing & supplier capability to compete international market through Quality, Quantity, delivery & pricing aspects.

Substantial cost saving in procurement of Spares through Courier mode & obtaining the Original Bill of Entry for MODVAT provision & Duty credit facility with benefit of fastest procurement to avoid emergency.       

Manual application & online registration of Duty Exemption Schemes, Norms Fixation.

Timely review & monitoring of Export Obligations & License closing.

Co-ordination with Airlines & shipping lines such as OOCL, Hyundai, NYK, RCL, Maritime, Norasia, Zim, Emirates, Hapag Loyed etc. to expedite the Transit time while transshipment & movement to CFS, Delivery order issuance. .

Trouble shooting incase of procurement emergency.

Inventory Management through timely review of anticipated requirement.

Forward booking of orders considering the availability, fluctuation of market price & Exchange rates keeping close view on Inventory control.

Opening of Letter of credit, advance payments, BG waiver through bankers keeping all the rules & regulations of Exchange control & FEMA.

Custom duty calculation & submission & availing MODVAT accordingly.

Import & Export logistics in view of minimizing the freight cost.

Bonding & warehousing.
