Job profile -

MOULD DESIGN: Complete mould design with check feasibility of product and 

development of product data for correction. Raise ECN as per customer feedback material procurements and manufacturing planning mould trial attend .

MOULD FLOW ANALYSIS REVIEW: Study and review of mould flow analysis to control defects in moulding process before manufacturing.

TOOL TRIALS : Involvement in tool trials and check mould function and aesthetic issue . 

ISSUE SOLUTION : Solving issues to achieve fitment & appearance.



MOULD INSERTS: Generate parting surface, core-cavity inserts, Sliders, Lifters, angle 

cams, fixed inserts etc. 

TOOLS FOR MACHINING: Electrodes for core, cavity, slider, lifters, angle cam, fixed
