Job profile  -

Inspection of incoming materials (Both dimensionally and visually).

Trial inspection , documentation and giving feedback to tool room about the trial status.

First Of Approval (FOA) Inspection for the parts to be manufactured and preparing 

limit samples.

Various tests to ensure the product quality.

In-process & Visual inspection of products as per the sampling plan followed, by 

referring to the drawing and control plan 

(Both dimensionally and visually).

Carrying out training session to the quality inspectors & maching operators and 

maintain training records.

Inspection and documentation of Assembly & Packaging.

Preparing CAPA (Corrective And Preventive Action) report and provide 

suggessions from the side of Quality Department.

Ensuring that the control plan is followed in each stage of production and packaging.

Carrying out final inspection for the parts ready for dispatch and preparing 

Certificate of Analysis to ensure the product dispatching as per the customer 

requirement standards.
