Final Inspection/PR-Dispatch Inspection: Finished good inspection and

release Preparation of COA and verification of Vehicle inspection. 

Inspection of all incoming material as per sampling plan.

Communication to suppliers regarding quality improvements and control line issues.

Maintain incoming quality report. 

Responsible for Change management

IPQC data analysis and Control.

Implementation of 5S and Kaizen.  Handling of Non conformity and Control

Preparing of CAPA

Handling of Trials, Validation & IQ, OQ and PQ

Documentation for Quality such as calibrations reports, ISO documents etc.

Prepare the Monthly customer complaint and Returned summary report.

Responsible for Understand and verification of Customer Specifications.

Verification of Dimensional, online and offline release reports

Responsible for Checking of QC LAB Equipment are handled well & Calibration are done as scheduled
