Looking after two fully auto CD manufacturing lines & DVD Duplex line with 

general maintenance during shifts. 

Responsible for preventive & breakdown maintenance in Injection Moulding M/C specially hydraulics. 

Working knowledge of Electrical & Electronics. 

It includes use of different types of sensors & servo amplifiers & motors & its functioning. 

Doing preventive maintenance of Trivac TI16B Rotary vane vacuum pump (Leybold Vacuum Gmbh Make) & turbovac TW250S Wide range Turbomolecular pump with integrated or external frequency converter (Leybold Vacuum Gmbh Make)
