Ensuring optimum utilization of machine and manpower.

Follow up activities for critical component, maintain repair statistics and take Corrective actions.

Organize help for the operator in rectifying machine problem at the time of a major breakdown.

Making weekly. Preventive maintenance schedule to avoid running breakdowns.

Ensuring discipline, quality, housekeeping & safety practices on the shop floor.

Maintain 5 S & ALC ( area line clearance ) activities in department.

Facing all kind of audits (internal & customer).

Responsible for all type of admin activities.

Good knowledge of  Shrink Sleeve Machines

Good knowledge of  Pouching Machines

Good knowledge of  Spout Machines 

Good knowledge of  Pouching Tool Room  &  Maintenance
