Job profile - 

Leadership and Strategic Role:

Directly accountable to lead the manufacturing, utilize lean production and continual improvement techniques and formulation and adherence to departmental annual budgets.

Providing vision, leadership and direction for manufacturing activities, ensuring execution of the jobs within cost.

Developing production roadmaps related to on-going and future in-house

Manufacturing:

Receive sales forecast and prepare monthly production plan in accordance to the Quality standards and within safety norms.

Ensure that the factory has the necessary resources in terms of manpower, quality and quantity, systems, technology, information, materials and equipment to meet the business objectives.

Plans, develops and establishes the policies and practices related to manpower, machines and materials to all production activities of the Company.

Ensure appropriate certification standards are maintained for the machinery and technicians

Continuous review of the Kaizen system so as an effective utilization of the same.

Ensure material packaging & logistics

Vendor development where necessary.

Plant & Machinery Maintenance:

Maintenance of tools and machinery

Timely calibration

Factory Administration:

Ensure safety and security of factory is maintained as per standards.

Ensure legal compliance of factory is maintained.

Attend and manage the emergency situations at plant.

Liaison with HR to oversee overtime.

Managing attendance, discipline and punctuality.

Budget Forecasting:
