Job profiel  

Create path in the plates of mold by generating slots , through cuts in the plates of mold 

tool which are in the 2D drawing format using the Auto- Cad software. 

After creating paths for slots, through cuts on mold plates(Clamping plate, Spacer plate , Holding plate) ; These paths simulation is done with the help of Vericut Software which is mostly used by South Korea. If any problem occurs during the design, it is solved by 

communicating with Korean designers. 

After proper simulation of each plate of mold tool ,these path generated 2D drawings are 

send to the Korean Design Department. 

In the simulation of each plate the position of each slots , through cuts also dowel and lock pins are check properly.
