Handling Inspectors in three shifts.  Discuss internal audit and customer issue in daily meeting, lead to DWM, Daily 

interaction with CFT / management team and resolve all issue.

Prepare PPAP & APQP Documents

IATF 16949 - Internal Auditor for QMS Product & Process,  Leading Annual IATF Assessment and certification audit,

Supplier quality, Supplier improvement program and training, supplier audit as per plan

Prepare yearly plan for Product, Process Audits, Layout inspection, SPC, MSA, 

Calibration, RM testing from outside lab etc. 

Prepare Documents SPC, MSA, Layout Customer complaint analysis in 8D, 

6W2H etc, by using 7QC tools,  Handling Engineering changes in Product and Process,  Conducting Product Audit, Process Audit to reduce non-compliances & achieve 

customer satisfaction,  Prepare monthly rejection report, customer score card analysis,  Reducing rejection % in all section, (moulding, assembling, packing), 

Prepared corrective & preventive action report monthly basis for quality related
