The company is into manufacturing of Injection Molded Plastic components. The company is having its own Tool Room for the manufacturing of Moulds. They are suppliers of mould to companies like LG, Moserbaer, Havells, Neolite, ALC etc. Company also undertakes job work of any type of injection molded component. Company is using Pro-E and Auto CAD software for providing the CAD/CAM solutions for designing purpose. 



Job Responsibilities: 

Complete Project Management:- 

Solid modeling of parts that are using in the product. 

Core & cavity extraction and mould design of plastic/rubber parts. 

Die design for high pressure die casting components (Aluminum) 

Press tool design for cutting and punching of sheet metal parts & aluminum extrusions. 

Fixture design for assembling of various parts. 

Process planning and production scheduling. 

Successful representation of o.k. sample and trial lot.
