Using TPM to optimize machine effectiveness.

Ensure machine work to its specification. Create improve and apply maintenance program.

To achieve operator efficiency Supporting to machines Erection and Commissioning team.

Track of all breakdown and preventive maintenance schedule and doing proper Maintenance.

To achieve operator efficiency redesign redesign. The production line machine part handling

Worked for kaizen activities systems.to get more easy way of work.

Maintenance exposures like Injection molding, Extruder and utility equipments etc.

Distribution transformer and Diesel generator system.

Fire hydrant, Compressor and Dryer system.

Filter, RO water, ETP System and Dosing system.

Chiller system, Cooling towers and Operation system.

SCADA, RS Panel, PAC and General Air conditioner system.

UPS, FA, PA, CCTV and N2 System.

Streetlights and Sewage pumping system.

Follow and implement 5S and Kaizens.

Weekly and Monthly reports preparation.

Follow up with suppliers and service agents for spares or service.

Spares classification, PR Initiate, Maintain MIN/MAX, Record and Inventory control of respective machines by using available software.

Strive to achieve company goals and Department objectives.

Proactively work and proper plan for assigned task.

Coordinate with internal customers and machine service provider.
