Develop & improve molding process for new & existing product.

Manpower management, part of selection manpower insures to smooth run machine.

Responsible for loading & unloading of mould & die on machine.

Handle hot & cold runner mould three,& tow plate mould.

Preparing production schedule, monthly, weekly implement daily on machine wise.

Preparing BOM as per required for production schedule.

Maintaining all document of production.

To handling daily shifting work and control online process.

Responsible to fill MIS report on daily production.

Online quality control and record any quality issue for immediate rectification.

Preparing plan for preventive maintenance schedule of injection moulding & mould.

Responsible for preheating the plastic grenuals.

Responsible to fill process parameter ,DWM,

To maintain daily Production Report and sharing with Management.

Knowledge of injection moulding process & able to rectify the issue in the moulding process & moulded component.
