I lead the QC team and monitor lab testing to ensure achieving the required product specification

To match the online color correction and properties of the product.

Heading for various changes in the formulation related to pigments and raw materials.

Online checking (physical inspection) of finish product at production area

Troubleshoot the quality problem and coordinate with production about correction

Maintaining 5S at working area.

Hand on experience of various testing FPV (filter pressure value),IV(Intrinsic viscosity), UV weathering testing.
