Job profile  -

Responsible for overall pouching operation

Design and develop the new pouches and tools as per customer requirement.

Maintain shop floor activity as per Best 5S Methodology.

Understanding overall operations for new products of improvement of existing products with thrust on reducing product cost.

To prepare production and planning report and circulate the same.

To prepare monthly production and waste report,M/C utilization and efficiency report,and circulate within top management

Master setter and trainer on Totani, Mamata, Nishibe, Waterline, Hci and Uflex(3-D) M/c, Zhoutai Flat bottom Pouch and Stand Up pouch M/C.

Best Utilization of machine with higher efficiency.

To ensure the complete Data entry in ERP in Shift by shift.

Maintain M/c health and compete co-ordinate with Maintenance person for monthly Preventive Maintenance. 

To carryout in process inspection of Pouches as per QMS.

Attend production meeting, MRM

Special tasking for machine health and continually run.

Handle packing and dispatching..

To arrange raw material and tools as per production plan and requirement.

Ensuring maintenance & modification of machinery for continuous production and wastage control.
