Job profile  -

Experienced in handling continuous & batch operating chemical plant by following SOPs.  Efficiency in handling hazardous chemicals (Anhydrous liquid Ammonia), gases (Oxygen), solids

(Pigments).  Experience in operation and production of blue, yellow and red pigment synthesis grade wise and 

drying.

Experienced in unloading/loading of pure anhydrous liquid Ammonia from tankers to bullets.  Hands on experience in operating Distributed Control System (DCS) and Programmable Logic 

Controller (PLC).  Proficient in creating, reading and understanding P&ID, PFD, Material balance.

Knowledge of operation of critical equipments i.e., Reactors, High Speed Dispensers, Spin Flash 

Dryer, Stripper, Heat Exchanger, Rotary Vacuum Drum and Plate & Frame Membrane Filter Press

Capability to troubleshoot in areas of heat transfer, liquid, slurry & solid handling and drying.

Knowledge in Safety and Work permit systems, Handling of Hazardous Chemicals.

Hands on experience in start-up and shut down activities.

Proficient in coordinating with maintenance departments to prevent interruption in production and accomplishment the targeted production for the shift/day/month

DCS Operation (Honeywell Experion C300 and Emerson) of Pigment Production Unit and PLC 

Operation (Allen Bradley C400).  Process control, daily production activities with DCS operation and PLC operation for improved productivity and zero production loss along with man-power allocation.

Coordination with QC department for meeting the customer quality.

Permit approval person during major work (Hot, Cold, Height, Confined Space and Safety Permits)  Practical & Operational knowledge of Pumps (Centrifugal, Gorator,AODD), High Speed Dispensers, Stripper, Drum Dryers, Plate Filters, Heat Exchangers & Blowers.
