Job profile  -

Responsible for production planning and quality effectiveness of product .

Responsible for Raw material compounding  formulation  prepare , high speed mixer  , Ash content test analysis , MFI test , UTM test , Moisture content test , Density test , color matching in spectrophotometer , conducting trial after adjusting color , filler test as per ASTMD  standard and specification .

Manpower supervising , shift planning  and responsible for incoming raw material , additive quality testing and documentation as per ISO standard.

Responsible for extruder process flow parameter  setting   to optimizing  the process . Maintain all auxiliary equipment  like hopper , water bath , pelletizer , high speed mixture , Die .
