JOB PROFILE: - 

Design, development. Manufacturing and follow up of plastic injection moulds using pro-e wildfire. 

Electrode design and process decide. 

Creating detail drawing of moulds elements using pro-e & Auto Cad. 

Selection of steel for moulds. 

Selection of m/c according to requirement of component and moulds. 

To provide the technical support to MMS Marketing team.

Installation & Maintainance of Hot Runner System 



MOULD DESIGN: - 

Plastic Mould Design includes Injection Mould (i.e. two plates, three plates) hot runner, stack mould, split mould & Unscrewing mould.
