Development of colour Masterbatches  for , fiber, yarn etc. as per the applications & customer requirments ( Economical,Competitive,good quality) by the selection of pigments & dyes.

Checking the row materials such as pigment and dyes against the standard samples

Quality checking of online processing samples

Giving the correction which are rejected by the QC department by modifying the formulation  

Maintaining the data base of colour Masterbatches and maintaining the document as the ISO standard.

Revalidation of shades

Interact with customer regarding their issues ,requirement & Complaints

Optimization of process parameter for new grades & RMC stabilization to give sales department.

Good knowledge of spinning line i.e POY/FDY and various testing like Elongation tester,Tenacity, Shrinkage, OPU, Crimp Also good hands on Texturising machine & various yarn types parameter.

Job profile  -

shade matching by making gelimate sheet by using high speed mixer or moulding swatches or yarn strip, on photo spectrometer.

Testing of MFI, Bulk Density, chips per Gram, specific gravity, granules size, filler content of Masterbatches, online sampling.

Responsible for  making the COA, TDS and food contact certificate of all the product and maintaining the ISO document.

Checking the row materials such as pigment and dyes against the standard samples

Quality checking of online processing sample & Give report to Production.

Check melt flow index of PP & LLDPE based master batches

Check moisture content, chips per gram, bulk density.

Check I.V of master batch, dyes & yarn

Muller testing of pigments
