Handle the Tool room and Production activities.

Planning and Process Implement to improve Productivity.

Monitoring Productivity chart.

To attend every week production meeting and reporting of GGM. 

To work analysis and Problem solving by six sigma method.

Tool life monitoring, documentation, presentation.

Periodic validation of special processing data and WIS etc.

Managing a team of 40nos members in all 3 shift and handling, Calculating & distributing as per Planning and machine.

Achieve Zero defect at Customer end by improving vendors through proper training, process control & validation, sustenance and standardization.

Preparing the Weekly & Monthly ERM & MRM.

Modification of tools as per ECR and modification Design.

To handle Plan and control of outside Sub-assembly & De-Flashing Vendor.

To also goes outside taken new Tool & Fixture Trouble Shooting & Proving.

Preparation of PPAP documentation.

To also handle of Audit for production & Tool Room.

Documentation of processes and work according to ISO.

Working as per the designing of press tools & Moulds.
