Examine and analyze customer purchase requisitions/Purchase orders (PR/PO) for completeness and accuracy.

Receive PO from Customers against RFQ and feed it in ERP

Must update price discrepancy in SAP or ORACLE to get revised PO

Effective planning and execution of the sales order with budget cost provided by sales and within RSD

Meet team and individual KPI

Issue enquiries and ensure timely receipt of offers.

Vendor selection and order placement (PO) for RM Purchase and its Amendments.

Commercial and technical knowledge in offer evaluations.

Supplier acknowledgement expediting, getting ACK within due time and update the system.

Working closely with supplier of different regions, getting their feedback and update.
