Job profile  - 

Responsible for Development of new products/parts (plastic - Auto components). 

Responsible for customer query handling/technical meeting related to new product design/development. 

Responsible for monitoring and recording quality, cost and delivery time of each new project. 

Performing Layout and test of incoming material as per test plan 

Evaluation of test result of new materials as per customer requirements. 

Solving the material query with the suppliers. 

Conducting the Layout and test for new Supplier or alternative supplier development. 

Experience of Calibration and handling calibration activity of instrument Inhouse and External 

Perform part yearly layouts of running products as per the yaerly plan. 

Perform MSA study and Calibration as per yearly plan. 

Provide information and conduct MSA of newly joined employes. 

Knowledge of operating automated and manually machines like CMM 

(Coordinate measuring machines) Calypso 4.1 and QC5000, Profile projector,

CMM [Fixed CMM (ZEISS)] inspection of different parts like train bogy frame, Bearings, Automobile parts etc. 

Looking after the CMM inspection work of different in-house as well as outside components as per drawing & requirements. 

Handling daily DISPATCH ACTIVITY doing both manual and CMM inspection, checking all 

parameters and preparing final inspection reports of it. 

Preparing final inspection report of various jobs, sending report to customer and solving queries related to it.
