Troubleshooting Set up Machine startup production cycle and shutdown processing

Control and adjust machine setting .e g (speed) .process trouble shootings

Check out put to spot any machine related mistake or flaws.

Optimizing machine utilization to achieve production target

Set up a new product parameter and process monitoring quality

Handling manpower shift

Keep Record of approved defectives unit or final products .

process performance efficiency and daily reaction monitoring wast data analysis. Inspection of online production of pipe.

Maintain Activities Log

check in Compounding material& Raw material

Plan and coordinate production on daily basis to achieve production as per standard cycle time

Develop process improvements to effectively utilize machines and material to maximize production

Identify unsafe operations and practices and report same for immediate corrective action

Perform engineering analysis to reduce down time
