Job profile  -

Inspection all Incoming polymer raw materials likes HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, ABS, PP, PVC Resin, CPVC Resin, Polymer master batches and additives as per ASTM/ISO Standards

Responsible for inspection all incoming Polymer Additives likes Polymer Master Batches (i.e. 

White, Black, Yellow, and Blue etc.), Plasticizers, Impact Modifiers, Processing Aids, 

Lubricants and Fillers.

Carry out all tests related to quality of polymer materials, master batches and additives likes MFI, Density, Bulk density, %TiO2, Ash & Filler Content, Moisture Content, Tensile & compression strength, Impact Strength, VST, ESCR, % CBC and CBD, K-Value, Thermal stability, OIT, Refractive Index, Melting Point and Opacity etc.

Knowledge of Laboratory & Testing equipment instruments such as UTM, OIT Tester, CBC Tester, VST, MFI Tester, Impact Tester, Blown Film Machine, abbe Refractometer, melting point apparatus and viscometer etc.

Knowledge of QMS ISO: 9001; 2015, IS 4984, ISO 4985, IS 12701 and IS13592.

 o handle the customer complaint related to quality.  Knowledge of Out Source Products Such as Rubber Ring & Washer, Stretch Film, Woven Sacks, Corrugated Boxes and Printing Ink use in Pipes And Fittings.  Testing of Finish goods likes UPVC, CPVC , HDPE Pipes and fittings as per IS standards such as Dimensions, hydrostatic pressure Test, Density, Impact Test, Reversion Test, Sulphated Ash Content, Resistance to Methylene Chloride Test, VST Test etc.

Development of New & Effective Formulations of PVC compounds, CPVC.  Research and Developments in CPVC formulations.

Conducting Trials on Injection Molding and Extrusion for CPVC, PVC Pipes and Fittings with different raw material by increasing quality and decreasing cost of compounds.
