Job profile - 

Daily Defects monitoring with In-House PPM and External (Customer) PPM and Provide training to new/existing 

inspectors or checkers regarding product /Process Defects.

Evaluation and reduction of slippage defects from one station to next station and customer end.

Preparation of Quality Plan, Process control documents in all stages and sustain in process quality as per customer 

requirements.

Responsible for Checking Fixtur & Instrument,2D Inspection Report ,Gauge Inspection Report.

Responsible for verifying IN process Check Sheet & Document-FIS, CP, MISP, PFD, FMEA,FPA.

4M Board updating & Monitoring on Daily basis.

Maintain SPC for Injection molding & Blow Molding Process. Bole, Engel,Milacron,Negribossi.  Daily First Part & Last Part approval given with Document for start up & end of the Process. 

Daily In process/ Patrolling Inspection for Injection Moulding process.

Make SPC Graph for critical parameters.

Make Q-alert & One Point Lesson for Customer Complaints.
