Gaining Knowledge in Mechanical Maintenance functions with exposure to handle multi machine assignment in Maintenance.

Bringing cost effective maintenance (Preventive, Predictive, breakdown and third party services etc.) with continuous improvement, Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for machinery to increase machine up-time / equipment reliability.

Overseeing development and indigenization of spares & machinery components thereby reducing the cost of the imported spares and machinery

Team meeting on the aspects of Safety, Maintenance, Production, Quality & General communication with line associates.  

To prepare the Monthly Maintenance Performance report & presentation in respect of MTTR, MTBF, spare cost etc.

Hand on experience in CAPA closer, KAI and KPI Parameter, red tag closer and critical spare planning. 

Diversified machinery experience which includes troubleshooting and planned maintenance of equipments as mentioned below :-

Injection Molding Press Machine of 100 ,200,250,350,450,500 ,650,850 1000 and 1300 Ton (Milcron Feromatic ) 

Injection Press Machine of 120 ,200, 300,350 and 450 (Engle)

Mold Temperature Control Machine  & Hot Runner Temperature controller (HRTC)

Pad Printing machine
