Performed raw material  finished material chemical testing, and powder processing like mixing extraction , Molding, cutting, Punching, Machining , blending, screening, dispending, packaging ,labeling and dispatching of batches as per batch operation record, Standard Operating Procedure and GMP. 

Cleaning and sanitation of powder and liquids  processing rooms, Manufacturing areas and equipment?s for the production. 

Operated various types of equipment?s for finished API such as Muti mills, blenders, Drum blender, mills and reactor. 

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of working area to ensure GMP and safety compliance. 

Recorded all production data such as batch production record, clean record, quality testing and in-process testing according to SOP to ensure TS16949 compliance. 

Met production target within time frame following all GMP?s. 

Ensured quality as well as yield of the products by checking critical process parameters.
