Job profile - 

Head new project with supervision of civil work, utilities and erection of plant machinery.

Develop new process concepts for production optimisation, yield improvement and develop guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor.

Minimize performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with minimum consumption of material & machine & monitoring expenses. Mentor subordinates and ensure amicable employee relations on the shop floor.

Manage functions of preventive / breakdown maintenance of machines, utilities to reduce downtime to minimum.

Conducting regular inspections to prevent accidents as well as adhering to safety norms.

Ensure conformance to quality management system to avoid non-conformities in the internal & external audits.

Analyse and develop packaging samples & structures after conducting product packaging compatibility study to examine storage capacity of products and its self - life.

Provide direction, motivation as well as training to the team for ensuring optimum performance.
