Mould trial & process setting for 85 Nos. of Injection molds during development stage (60 T to 650 T). 

Develop the adhesive system for ABS Plating grade with Vehical Body. 

New (Badging assembly at Exotech plating Plant.Exotech Moulding & Painting Plant) production facility planning & Set up. 

a) Selection of Sealing Fixture & Devoloped tape adhesion assembly line. 

b) Selection of Auxiliary equipment like Dehumidifier, Hopper dryer, Centrialised Material 

feeding systems, Scrap Grinder, Mould temperature controller etc.
