Job profile  - 

Monitoring of Quality KPIS and prepare plan to achieve targets.  Preparation of in-process inspection standards for both extrusion and assembly process.  Preparation and revisions of Standard operating procedures (SOP) for quality 

inspection process.  Monitoring and analyzing quality performance from different customers and accordingly take 

actions to improve them.  Conduct SPC, MSA as per the plan and system requirements.

Develop and train members as per the skill matrix and conduct test to validate their performance.  Actively participation in FMEA activity.  Analyze problems with problem solving approach to provide counter measures by validating of all 

probable causes to ensure re-occurrence prevention of the problem.  Revalidation and layouting of the parts on the defined frequency by the customer.

Responsible for preparation and management of IFC cell setup from quality side

to achieve the zero-defect outflow as per customer requirements.

Implementing Defect samples / Limit samples & First pieces approval system at assembly 

lines as well as extrusion lines. 

Responsible for Defect monitoring at extrusion and assembly and their analysis on 

monthly basis.

Actively participation in customer audits as well as IATF and other quality standard audits.

Preparation of quality standards for new development parts as well as mass production Parts



Hands on experience in extrusion line EPDM(Rubber) & TPO(plastics) setup and customization 

of part profile as per required quality standard with minimum startup scrap.  Hands on experience in extrusion line ( PVC,Plastics) of W/s outer , inner with SUS and w/o 

SUS material setup and customization of part profile as per required quality standard with 

Minimum startup scrap.  Expertise in Extrusion parts in-process inspection with help of profile projectors , fixtures, 

filler guage, vernier calliper & scales.  Good Knowledge in injection molding parts in-process inspection with help of fixtures, filler 

guage, vernier calliper & scales.  Having knowledge of part performance testing to meet the customer standard by improving 

the part profile at extrusion lines (Both EPDM(Rubber) & TPO(plastics) ).  Knowledge of Revalidation and layout of the products and ensuring all quality standards of 

the customer are being met.

Expertise in quality core tools like SPC, MSA , FMEA and basic knowledge of PPAP & APQP.

Actively participate in Jishuken and Theme based activities for quality improvement in 

fast track basis.
