Presently working with leading tractor manufacturer 

Specialized in designing of all components of sheet metal like front hood, rear hood panels, footboard platforms, fuel tank and its mountings, front axles along with tyre options, all types of sheet metal mounting brackets for mounting of different components, fender and hood structures and its analysis in software, plastic parts like panels, dash panels.



Tools used : Pro-E 2001, Wildfire 2.0, Intralink. 



Key Responsibilities : 

Worked on different tractor models launch in India from 35 hp to 47hp, working on different components starting from concept stage to Final Engineering Release (FER) of drawings. 

Working on various layouts of different tractors on PROE through Skelton and top down approach. 

Working on cost reduction ideas regarding different tractor models. 



Projects undertaken: 

Worked on complete tractor layout for different tractors models, This project is based on Skelton and Top Down approach in PROE using various tools like Advance Assembly, Interchangeable Assemblies, Simplified rep. The project duration is 6 months with 3 member s team. 

Designing of different components tractor model from concept stage, modeling, design reviews with different departments, proto building, testing, evaluation, feedback from marketing and then Final Engineering Release. 

Working on cost reduction ideas regarding footboards and various linkages. 



Undergone six months project semester training at GABRIEL INDIA LIMITED (EBD DIVISION), Parwanoo (H.P) in Quality department during third year during B.E. 

Gabriel India Ltd. ( Anand Automotive Systems Group) Founded in 1961, acknowledged leaders in manufacture and supply of the widest range of automotive components and systems in India. Gabriel India Ltd. is the market leader for the manufacture of shock absorbers, ride control products and engine bearings in India. Certified plant for QS 9000 in Aug 2001. 

Product : Bimetal engine bearings, bushes, flanges and thrust washers.

Worked on customer complaints. 

Quality improvement of the product.

Projects undertaken: 

To reduce the customer complaint on missing operation in Bushes. 

Study Process Flow Diagram of different Part no. of Bushes. 

Achieved POKE YOKE solution of missing operation. 

To study the effect of different Mechanical Properties of steel on the spring back in earings. 

Study Microstructure of steel before and after sintering (annealing) process. 

Study the effect of thickness, yield strength and hardness of steel on the bearing spring back. 

To reduce the customer complaint of free spread in bearings. 

Carried standardization of tooling in the bearing manufacturing. 

Make the design of new master cartons for bearing and implementation of the new boxes. 



Underwent a six weeks training at T.C.P.C, TIET and acquired proficiency in Machining, Sheet Metal, Carpentry, foundry, Welding and Electroplating.
