Responsible for maintenance of all type of cranes, Cutting Machine,Compressors and Cooling Towers,

Responsible for Hot mill section machines like Piercing mill, assel mill, Centering m/c, Hot sizing, straightener, Induction heating furnace and cutting machines maintenance activity. 

Handling hydraulic and mechanical maintenance and developing spares and modifications.

Spare management activity.

Responsible for Maintenance of utility equipment such as maintenance of compressor ,chiller,pumps,DGset cooling tower etc.

Maintain & check all documents related to plant activites.

Give order of maintenance spare parts & do the records.

Working On documentation for ISO 9001,ISO 14001,and ISO 18001

Analysis of major breakdowns using Why-why analysis, Fish bond diagram

Awareness of maintenance system like TPM, IMS / QMS 

Material indent and enquiry for hydraulic and pneumatic items, bearing, gears, job work and consumable items etc.

Following up and 	coordinating for timely delivery of ordered material.
