R &D / Design Development: 

A Certified TS16949:2002 & TQM (DEIMING AWARD) auditor. 

Presently working on Adjustable Lumbar Support. This project is also developing for Maruti Udyog Limited. Independently handled designing of Lumbar Support for model WAGON-R (MINOR) (MARUTI UDYOG LTD). This project was totally developed by me & design by me with my colleagues (Design Engineers). 

Major contribution in designing and developing seat for handicapped/elderly persons. It can come out from vehicle moreover, without key feature. 

Air-cooled seat for summer : -- 

Using and alternate material to get a cooling effect in summers. 

Converted the simple test rig into universal testing machine. Modified the test rig as per the new generation test requirements. 

Note : Both the designs are likely to be patented. 

New Product Development :- Development of seats for newest model (Swift) of Maruti UDYOG LTD. 

Designing and development of receiver gauges. 

Development stage for Wagon R & Versa.
