Maintenance of all machine , equipment and Utility 

Preparation of schedule and check lists for Preventive Maintenance 

To plan and control breakdown maintenance activities of all machine equipment and Utilities .                                                          

Ensuring safety and 5s at work place while carrying out maintenance activities 

Arranging AMC contractor's , visitors evaluation and process for vendor Registration .

Carrying out purchase process to make availability of spare and consumables .

Maintaining spares for machine and equipment maintenance .

Maintaining and calculating MTTR & MTBF and ensuring machine  uptime .

Maintaining and updating IMS documentation .
