Production Planning Vs. Actual Production (gap analysis).

Maintain all document of production (DPR, Burning Loss).  OEE (over all equipment effectiveness) improvements. Implementation and sustaining of Lean Practices like 4M, 5S, Kaizen,7 QC tool, Poka-yoke.  W.I. (work instruction) & SOP (standard operating procedure).

Good hand exposure of Extrusion process & Mono Filament, Sheet,Warning Mat.



Trouble shooting and setting process parameter system.

Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly plan as per requirement.

Production planning, monitoring and control (monthly plan, weekly plan, daily plan). 

Daily Production report preparation and discuss with HOD. 

Reservation creation for material issuance in SAP. 

Able to improve productivity by reducing cycle time .  

Responsible for Production planning, RM planning as per mould loading plan
