Job profile - 

Responsible for calibration, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance all utility M/Cs.

Responsible to provide all type of utility to IBM, CAP IMM, AL,CBF MACHINE.

To provide the entire electrical & mechanical solutions as per requirement.

Manage manpower according to shutdown and plant operation shift ( A,B,C ).

Troubleshooting, repair, servicing of all utility machines.

Attend service engineers, AMC holders, outside labours.

Maintain daily power consumption data of all power sources ( GG, DG, CSS).

To ensure all logbooks and other documentations activities are done offline & online.

To ensure and maintain smooth function of following equipments :

11 kv Transformer CSS 2500 kva and 1000 kva with LT PANELS & ACB 4000 amp. 

CNG G/G 1.2 MW ( MWM ) and CNG Gas SKID with 22kg pressure from GAIL GAS.

DG Sets 500 kva, 320 kva, changeover & electrical panels.

HVAC System, ACs, RO system, STP, Cooling towers, Pumps ( upto 25 HP).

VAM 300 ton ( thermax ), Screw chillers 200 ton, CHW & CTW Lines, ATC system.

Air compressors, air dryers, air line filters , air receiver tanks.

Mould temperature controllers STM910 , STM1215, STM 1220 ( MTC Both oil & water)

Solar panel 20 kw, packing machine , conveyors & loading lifts.
