Determine production layout, line configuration, line balancing, line optimization and development of time standard methodologies.

Provide leadership in customer quality and efficiency efforts by directing support teams to improve cycle times and reduce defects. 

Lead the team in technical assignments involving reducing manufacturability issues and maintaining timely product flow for assigned product (s).

Lead communication with all internal departments, suppliers and customers.

Celetron Power Pvt. Ltd - subsidiary of Golden Systems Inc, based in USA  & was involved in the manufacturing of Switch Mode Power Supplies.

My job involved achieving production targets of Magnetic transformers, with least of the rejection & co-ordination with Stores & Planning to have all the kits on time.

Responsible for evaluation of product by performing design verification test process maturity test and critical component evaluation before the product is transferred in to mass production.

Responsible for evaluation of new machines and tooling in terms functionality and the quality of output.
