To monitor, report and reduce plant down time due to unplanned stoppages and contribute to increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Implement world class manufacturing practices such as lean manufacturing with the focus on enhancing operations.

Responsible for identifying bottlenecks and conducting Root Cause analysis of problems for method improvement.

Solving day-to-day problems related to discipline, leaves ,absenteeism & online grievances, shift planning & scheduling ,training on quality awareness & efficient work performance

Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.

Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.

Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
