Job profile  -

Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Extruder Blow molding machine and downstream i.e., Rapid Grinder, Material Feeding system Gravimetric system, ABB Robot cell etc.  

Robot Programme modification and making a new programmer of ABB robot.

Planning for Men, Machine & Material.

Knowledge of thickness control with PWTC (PWDS), WTC (WDS) and SFDR.

Conduct Extrusion process training for Junior Engineer & Trainee.

Daily report update in excel and as per excel complete SAP production cycle.

Testing & monitoring of all Extruder and Process parameters.

Working with SAP HANA 2.0 for the PP module. 

Research and development to improve product quality regarding customer complaint.

New product design development.



Installation and commissioning of new SPM machines.

Achieve UPH rate and Yield rate as per describe by OEM.

Attending daily WCM (work cell meetings) as team leader of the Assembly area with leading functional managers for previous days major breakdown, next production plan, customer complaint, scrap % improvement.

Conduct Training for new operator and new technicians. 

Reporting to FM (Functional manager) regarding previous days production loss with proper CAPA and breakdown summary with scrap.

Planning for manpower engagement with different tasks for improvement of their skills as well as machine modification.

Monitoring of UPH and Yield comes as per target, if not then find the root cause and solve the problems.

Solve Quality related issues.

Take knowledge from the Parent plant for future improvement in the project.

Maintain spare and reduce consumption through spares.

Doing next level automation to reduce handling defects.

Involved in for develop new projects.
