Job profile  -

Responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve 

an organization's products to meet in order to establish quality standards.

Testing of technical properties for CPP, PE, PET, Paper, Metallized, laminate samples etc.

Making work instructions, Preparing the SOP for the sample testing procedure. 

Responsible to Conduct the process audit and prepare audit reports.

Visit towards customer for the technical complaints and CAPA generation.

Responsible for manpower arrangement, Looking Machine Calibration activity, Verify

the Quality records, Preparing the TDS, Product data sheet & QA Certificates.

Analysis of Customer Complaints, Analysis of R&D Sample, Validate the R&D sample by 

customer feedback. Maintain 5s activities in the lab & Conduct 5s audit at shopfloor.
