Make possible effort to run Lamination machine with good speed to achieve the production target.

Manage the material according to planning.

Machine cleanliness & maintain 5-S.

Control the wastage.

Maintain the quality of the production.

Manage the shift wise manpower and Control of Over time.

To follow the safe work practices.

To find the abnormalities and close within time limit.

Adhesive area clean and co ordination with maintenance team to improve OEE of the machine.

Monitoring of hold materials at any stage (Printing/Lamination/Slitting).

Entries of all Lamination Machine in Excel and ERP.

Knowledge of ERP.
