Maintain that quality management systems are established, implemented. 

Maintaining QA documents as per QA SOP & WI related to the requirements of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001 & OHSMS

Actively participate in customer audit, ISO audit, internal audit.

Conduct Internal Quality System Audit as per plan.

Preparation of internal specification as communicated by customer and communicate to concern department. 

Quality Checking of incoming raw material, online process checking and FG testing as per plan.

Prepared and release the certificate of analysis against dispatch plan.

Arrange to conduct compliance testing and maintain records of compliance test reports. based on compliance test, preparation of DOC (Document of compliance) and send to customer as per requirement.
