Job profile  -

Preparation of details drawing and BOM of molds.

Responsible for coordinating with Engineering team for determining the design feasibility for tooling and conducting feasibility study of new drawing, accessing requirement and evaluating new products.

Planning and follow up of machining and manufacturing process in both in-house and out source.

Maintain the record and history cards of tools and molds.

Solve the problem preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic injection molds.

Manufacturing new injection molds, and maintenance.

Do the insure blue machining and trail attend.

Try to achieve part approved from customer in T1 and T2.

Constantly follow up new molds manufacturing with time line and monitoring part, quality as per required by customer
