Comapny profile  - One of leading manufactures of the liquid inks & PU. Resin and offset printing ink. This provides high quality ink for printing & packaging industries.



JOb profiel  -

Working as Supervisor in  the company Gravure Production.

Have knowledge of the scale manufacturing and quality control of  inks.

Involved into production planning and related activities.

Daily Production plane (Dispatch plane) according to sales order.

Maintaining  DPR daily.

 kaizen Carry out 5s.

Training programs to make to skilled labour and operators.

Testing in Intermediate Resin (Vinyle base , N.C. base & Amide   base) 

Independently handling of dissolver.

Independently handling all type dynomill (Eco  5, KDL Piolet, Attritor, Mighty mill) & set the flow rate.

Good Knowledge of SAP.
