Working as a Quality In charge. 

Developing and Implementing the Quality Control Tests, inspecting products at 

various stage and writing reports Documenting production issues  

Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product .

Developing the quality control process 

Designing the product specifications 

Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards . 

Supervising staff and monitoring productions standards .

Examing the Quality of Raw materials that are used in production .

Monitoring and evaluating internal production process .

Rejecting products that fail quality standards .

Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback .

Producing statistical reports on quality standards . 

Reporting the upper management on Quality standard issue . 

Evaluating the product Recall .

Improving the production efficiency and managing waste .

Responsible to prepare the Technical Data Sheet of new product

Undertake QC moulding activities in the work place for daily basis.

Preparation of all documents for new projects LAYOUT, WI, IIS (Layout, work instruction, inspection instruction sheet) etc.
