Presently working with a company based on plastic injection molding, manufactures Precision Components in automobile field. With its own MOULDING, TOOROOM, STAMPING, & ASSEMBLY divisions. The adequate Tool Room is its own investment for Design & develops moulds & stamping tools for plastic application. Job Responsibilities:

Acted as effective ?Team Leader? for final inspection area

Responsible for Planning and conducting Process and product audits

Daily conducting MOM with production department regarding internal rejection and follow-up of corrective action

Responsible for planning and calibration of all measuring instruments and gauges

Preparation of PPAP documents (FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, PFD)

Preparing document as per requirement of TS 16949

To analyze cost of poor quality

Achieve the target of PPM line rejection with help of quality tools

Responsible for conducting the attribute and variable SPC studies and achieving the Cp, Cpk to the standard value.

Responsible for conducting the MSA studies for all instruments and achieving the Gauge R&R to the standard value
